reversal of despair

I've become a wreck of a
sometimey woman
lumbering across my days
in a hair-despair of  melancholia
Yet, all the while ~
I anticipate his mouth of joy
will bubble up the the poetry
deep within me ...

  3. I really love and identify with that near-paradox of feeling you impart here, when a lover makes you feel both disheveled and desirable.
